Homebound & Sick

Ministers to the sick bring the Eucharist to those in our parish who are sick or homebound.  They may also serve as Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist at Mass, but are not required to do so.  They meet annually for a special training session, to help them deepen their own spirituality as they share the Body of Christ with those members who are unable to join us for Mass.  They also receive a book of prayers that helps them to pray with those who are homebound.
